Who are we?
We are real estate sales persons concentrating in South Eastern Broward County. What does it cost to live in South Florida?
Owning a new luxury oceanfront or intracoastal waterfront condo is expensive (but worth it). The major cost components are:

- taxes (real estate taxes will go down slightly next year)
- condo fees
- utilities including electricity, cable, phone and water
- condo furnishing costs
- condo repair costs.
To help you plan for the cost of ownership, we have provided a quick estimation and (will be providing in the winter of 2007) detailed calculators.

Where should we buy?
The best known areas in South Florida are Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Rataon and West Palm Beach. We at the Christopher White Group have extensive listings of luxury properties in the Fort Lauderdale area.
However, we believe that there are significant current values and advantages to the small waterfront towns in between these large cities. One of our favorite areas is just north of Miami Beach and South of Fort Lauderdale. It is along Ocean Drive from Hallandale Beach through Hollywood and Dania. Throughout the end of 2007, we will be expanding this website with all area information and
